Introduction to Wedding Planning
A Wedding Planner is someone who helps a couple to plan their wedding and they’re usually there on the day to ensure that all of the planning comes together and the couple and their guests have a great day. But you probably know that. Which is why in this Module we dig deep and then go wide to broaden your understanding of what a Wedding Planner does, how to become a good wedding planner and the difference between styles of weddings and service offerings.
Module 2
Introduction to the Simple Wedding Planning Framework
In this Module you’ll be introduced to our proprietary method for planning methods. It’s a tried, tested and proven framework that sets you up for success whether you’re using it with your first client, or your 100th. The Simple Framework for Planning Weddings will help you to plan, design, style, coordinate and execute all types of weddings. The Framework is how I make wedding planning and wedding days a joyful, even relaxed experience for the couple and myself. You’ll also learn how to introduce the Framework to the couple so they feel confident that you know what you’re doing and they can trust you to help them plan their wedding.
Module 3
Pre Wedding Planning
There are four things that every couple needs to do before they start planning their wedding, in order to set a strong foundation for all of the planning and design decisions they will make. In this Module you’ll learn what those steps are, why they could be the most important part of planning a wedding and how to help your clients complete them.
Module 4
Wedding Budgets & Finance
Being a good Wedding Budget Manager for your couples will show you for the expert you are and demonstrate that you have their best interests in mind, right from the start. It’s in this module that you’ll learn how to help your couples have the wedding they desire on the budget they have. You’ll also receive my own ‘Wedding Budget Manager’ and learn how to help manage a couple’s expectations when it comes to their budget.
Module 5
Wedding Planning
With the pre-planning work done and the budget set, it’s time to move onto planning your couple’s wedding. In this module you’ll learn how to source, recommend and book a Venue and Vendors but more importantly, you’ll discover a way to pace wedding planning so a couple feels in control and never overwhelmed by the decisions they’re making.
Module 6
Managing Guest Communication
Guests need to know the who, when and where of the wedding to be able to show up and celebrate with the couple. And you as the Wedding Planner need this information too. For you, the couple, their vendors and guests to be properly prepared for such an important event everyone involved needs essential information about the wedding beforehand. In this Module you’ll learn the ins and outs of guest communication so you can offer this often overlooked service to your clients.
Module 7
Wedding Design - For Wedding Planners
Learn my process for designing and costing the wedding day experience, as a Wedding Planner - even if you have no design experience.
And as a special bonus, I’m giving you the exact template I use to present my designs to the couples I work with and use as a tool for communicating and collaborating with the other design vendors along with styling the venue on the wedding day.
Module 8
Wedding Coordination
The Coordination stage of planning a wedding is one of my favourite steps in the entire process - this is where you start to see all of the elements and details coming together. It’s also an important stage in the process requiring a high level of attention to detail. From timelines, to floor plans and seating charts - there’s still a lot to do to be ready for wedding day. You’ll learn it all in this Module and receive a bundle of resources to help you hit the ground running when it comes to Coordinating your first or next wedding.

Wedding Day Management
A couple’s wedding day is THE day you’ve all been waiting for and working towards. And for the couple there are no second chances. This is their day to celebrate. Which is why in this Module you'll learn how to:

- Create a Wedding Day Code of Conduct for you and your team
- Direct a Wedding Rehearsal

In Module 10 you’ll learn business essentials that help you to work professionally with a couple.
